Al Stewart, known for ‘Year of the Cat’, and ‘On The Border’, had worked intensively with Parsons and Powell on these songs, the latter is even brought to Antwerp at the eleventh hour, because conductor Neuhold initially does not want to conduct these songs. Under the threat that Powell would then conduct the entire show, Neuhold gave in.
